Products & Insulation

Our standard products keep drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours. The Pro Series achieves 36 hours cold and 20 hours hot. Results are based on ASTM F2454 standard testing conditions.

Absolutely. All Frostline products use 100% food-grade 18/8 stainless steel for the interior. This grade is the same used in professional kitchens and is BPA-free, BPS-free, and completely non-reactive — meaning no metallic taste and no chemical leaching.

Lids and accessories are dishwasher-safe. We recommend hand-washing the bottles and tumblers to preserve the powder-coat finish for as long as possible, though they will not be damaged by dishwasher cleaning.

The Frost Flask 40oz features our ChillLock airtight lid specifically designed to maintain carbonation. For other Frostline products, we recommend removing carbonation pressure before opening to avoid spillage.

The Pro Series line features aerospace-inspired construction with aircraft-grade 18/8 stainless steel, a ceramic-coated interior for zero metallic taste, a magnetic quick-release lid rated for 50,000+ open/close cycles, and a lifetime warranty. It delivers 36hr cold and 20hr hot retention — the best in our lineup.

Shipping

Yes — all orders over $30 ship free within the continental United States. Orders under $30 are charged a flat rate of $4.99. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options (1–2 business days) are available at checkout for $9.99.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm PST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time. We're working on expanding — check back soon!

All orders are fulfilled by Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. This is also the address for all physical returns.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a full 30-day no-questions-asked return window. Items must be in original, unused condition. All physical returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Email support@frostlinestore.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label.

Email support@frostlinestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Pack the item securely and ship it to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of return receipt or cancellation approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@frostlinestore.com or (562) 610-8228 if you need to cancel.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Email a photo of the damage to support@frostlinestore.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest.

Warranty

All standard Frostline products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The Pro Series Insulated Bottle and Pro Series Tumbler include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers vacuum insulation failure, lid or seal defects, structural defects in the body, and powder coat peeling under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from drops or misuse, cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Email support@frostlinestore.com with your order number, a description of the defect, photos of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund). We respond within 1–2 business days.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Charges from this store will appear on your bank or credit card statement as frostlinestore.com. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at support@frostlinestore.com or (562) 610-8228 before disputing a charge with your bank.
