5. Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $30 or more within the continental United States. Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; expedited delivery takes 1–2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, email support@frostlinestore.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. The Pro Series Insulated Bottle includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
